Aon MacDonagh Boland Group (AMBG), the Irish insurance broking and consulting firm, has acquired Toal Insurances and Toal Life & Investments of Mullingar, for an undisclosed sum.
Terry Toal will remain as director of Toal Insurances and will be appointed to the executive board of AMBG.
He said: “Developments in the insurance world demand increased resources and support.”
AMBG is a subsidiary of holding company Aon Corporation.
