Allianz Cornhill has announced that chief executive Ray Treen will retire in June.
Current general manager of Allianz Cornhill Broker, Andrew Torrance, will step up to become the company's new chief executive in due course.
Treen said: "I have enjoyed the challenge of leading Allianz Cornhill and playing my part in creating a well-managed company that has been able to absorb the many changes in the market place and still continue to maintain a reputation for professionalism and stability.
"I could not have achieved this without the support of my executive team and the staff they lead. I am delighted that Andrew Torrance takes over the running of the company at a time when our strategy of steady and profitable growth means we are well placed to continue to develop our position as a leading player in our chosen markets."
