Towergate acquire Red Insurance

Towergate Risk Solutions has acquired Leyton-based Red Insurance.

Red's Directors, John Tuckwell and Simon Todd, and their staff, will integrate their business into TRS Romford.

Towergate said Red brings a book of small commercial and personal lines business and specialist skill in small craft which is expected to provide a boost for Towergate Marine Underwriting.
