Andrew Richmond appointed to newly created role
Towergate has appointed Andrew Richmond to the new position of group head of customer experience.
Richmond will report to group marketing director Lindsay Forster and lead a programme to improve the experience of Towergate’s customers.
He has joined from energy supplier SSE, where he was senior customer experience manger.
Richmond said: “With over 150 businesses offering specialised services, creating a consistent and personalised customer experience across the Towergate Group is a great opportunity.”
Forster said: “Andrew will make a big difference to our business, in what is an important role in the development of our culture to continue to focus on the customer. This appointment is testament to our commitment to customers to further understand their needs to deliver great service.”
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
