Towergate names CCV director as head of legal

Towergate has promoted Sam Clark to head of legal and secretariat.

Clark will head up both the legal team and the secretariat and will retain his directorship of CCV.

He will be company secretary for Towergate Partnershipco Limited and all its subsidiaries.

Towergate chief executive Andy Homer said: “It is always especially pleasing to promote from within Towergate and Sam is a classic case of an individual who has progressed quickly and successfully and who possesses an abundance of relevant experience.”

Clark has been working at Towergate since 2003, when he became in house counsel.

Following this, he became director and group legal counsel at CCV from 2006.
