Towergate partnership voted UK Private Company of the Year by ACQ Finance Magazine
Towergate Partnership has been named as 2007 UK Private Company of the Year by readers of ACQ Finance Magazine.
ACQ Finance Magazine has over 24,000 corporate finance and private equity readers. They voted on their overall perception of the editorial coverage made on private companies over the past year.
During that period, Towergate completed 16 acquisitions, completed a major refinancing deal, reported record profits and appointed Norwich Union’s chairman Patrick Snowball as chairman of Towergate Financial Services.
Towergate chairman Peter Cullum said: “This is testament to our business strategy, finance model and the tremendous efforts of our staff. To be recognised by leading figures within the financial world and peers is extremely satisfying and reaffirms Towergate as a leading player within the insurance world."
