Claims management firm Town and Country has clinched a contract to manage a new service initiative from European contract hire company Arval Accident Management.
Town & Country will take on the entire management process and cover everything from the initial telephone call to claims management and uninsured loss recovery.
Director Steve Welbourne said: "As a specialist in these areas we are confident we will provide Arval and their fleet customers with a top quality service."
Arval views accident management as a major gap in companies' fleet policies.
