Business intelligence and forecasting IT solutions provider Moore Stephens said it has won a contract to provide Tradex Insurance Company with its bintelligent solution.
Tradex finance director Bob Stephens, said: "We are currently going through a major technology upgrade, aimed at improving customer service. As part of this project we had a requirement to combine data for reporting and analysis from both old and new underwriting administration systems.
"We wanted to be able to continue to monitor business performance going forward, as well as claims history from our legacy system, whilst keeping data conversion costs down. Moore Stephens has provided us with the ideal solution to our requirements with bintelligent."
Moore Stephens said its bintelligent solution would provide Tradex with centralised analysis from a data warehouse fed from the company's two existing administration systems.
It said the system would be used to monitor the performance of premiums and claims, for analysis of profit and loss ratios, and actual results for each class of business.
