Last week's Backchat on the trials and tribulations of insurance staff in Colchester (Honest AXA) flushed out a few disgruntled loss adjusting employees at Capita McLarens.
It seems the Colchester office of Capita Insurance Services, which incorporates Capita McLarens, has lost a few staff through what one company spokeswoman calls "a streamlining strategy".
Some have been made redundant but others have left disheartened, Backchat has been told.
"The streets of Colchester are not a happy place to be," said one ex-employee.
