Ken Wallace's replacement, once he retires, seems to be down to a choice between two internal candidates.
According to sources, NU director of distribution development Tim Rolfe could be being groomed as Wallace's natural successor.
But coming up on the rail is another NU executive - director of regional business (South) Phil Hitchcox is supposedly in the running.
Both men work closely under Wallace. Interesting to see who comes out on top.
