Specialist affinity insurer UIA Insurance Limited (UIA) has reviewed its marketing support and appointed three companies as a result.
Archibald Ingall Stretton, the Database Group and Polhill Communications will now help with various aspects of UIA's marketing.
The Database Group has been working with UIA to build and understand their customer database.
The UIA miner system from the Database Group allows UIA to view, search and analyse their data, and enables the Database Group to run highly targeted campaigns.
Archibald Ingall Stretton and the data consultancy Tree were appointed to undertake UIA's direct marketing activity and data planning.
Archibald Ingall Stretton will help UIA to boost customer acquisition and support it in the development of a revised brand identity later this year.
PR consultancy Polhill Communications will work with UIA to enhance its brand presence via the media and position it as the specialist affinity insurer and leading commentator on general insurance within its markets.
UIA marketing director Ian Cracknell commented: "The shake up of our marketing and PR activities is intended not only to help us achieve our immediate acquisition and retention targets but also to help us to develop our brand in the long term.
