Specialist affinity insurer UIA [Insurance] Limited has announced a new partnership with the National Deposit Friendly Society.
Under the agreement UIA will offer a range of personal insurance products to the National Deposit Friendly Society's members.
The society's members, which number nearly 90,000, will have access to motor, home and travel insurance under the `UIA membership services' facility available via the society's regional offices and website.
The society says it chose UIA mainly because it offered the right products and shared a commitment to customer service.
UIA senior business development manager Douglas Black commented: "I am delighted that UIA has established a partnership with the National Deposit Friendly Society. It is a privilege to work with such a like-minded, long established and committed organisation and I am pleased UIA has enabled the Society to enhance its member benefits."
Last week UIA announced it had entered into a similar agreement with UK Friendly, a subsidiary of the UK Civil Service Benefits Society.
