Broker consolidation in Leeds and Yorkshire is evidence of a growing national trend, according to NIG's director of marketing and compliance, David Grant.
Grant told an audience of brokers and SMEs at the NIG business academy that signs of consolidation in the sector were as clear here as they had been in Glasgow and Manchester – the two previous venues for the NIG Business Academy.
Grant said Scottish brokers had joined together to create greater buying power. Consolidation, he added, was a growing trend across the UK.
