Insurance software company Sherwood International has warned that its results will not meet market expectations.

It predicts it will make a small profit before goodwill and investment in E2-one, its application software development company.

The firm said conversion of sales opportunities into firm orders had been slow and a number of potential customers had deferred making buying decisions.

Looking ahead, it said sales prospects remained healthy across most market segments.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
