Talbot Underwriting subsidiary Underwriting Risk Services is upgrading its yacht insurance website, yachtsure.com, in a move to make it easier for customers to purchase or renew policies.
This follows the recent upgrade of URS's yacht insurance website for brokers, yachtinsureinteractive.com.
The site provides quotes on vessels up to 24 meters in length and to the value of £1,333,400, although it can insure up to £2m or equivalent.
With the upgraded systems, yacht owners can renew their insurance online, track correspondence, and access payment remittance advice, said the company.
