The Car Hood Warehouse is promising to quote on work anywhere in England as part of its new focus on insurance business.
Warehouse operations manager Jon Owen said the 25-year-old company had a network of 150 repairers around England, plus a group that serviced Norfolk to Bristol from its London base.
Owen said all work was handled through the London office so insurers only had to make one phone call for repairs anywhere in the country.
"Within a year we want to develop a fully-automated system linked to assessors and the claims departments of various insurers," he said.
He said the service had been well received by insurers.
"We're in advanced talks with a couple of big companies to be their preferred repairers," he said.
The Warehouse works on most convertibles and caters for US imports.
