Commercial insurance broker Warren Hill has launched a new website (www.warren-hill.co.uk) - created, the company says, to reflect its refreshed brand and image, and provide better services for consumers.

The broker says the site's content is straightforward and informative, with no insurance jargon, as well as having intuitive navigation.

To help smaller commercial enterprises find out what type of cover they should buy (or must buy by law) the website also includes a plain language Insurance Guide.

Warren Hill has not included proposal forms, schedules, or policy documents on the site as it says they are customer unfriendly and not particularly suitable for many situations.

Marketing manager Kate Naylor commented on possible future steps for the site: "We take pride in keeping an open mind about future developments and firmly believe that the online world is no place for inflexible attitudes.

"Ventures into e-commerce itself will be kept on the back burner until such time as applications, underwriting and processes/procedures become, or can be made, suitably short and simple - in other words, customer-focused."

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
Many congratulations to all the worthy winners and as always, huge thanks to our sponsors for their support and our judges for their expertise.
