Open GI EDI rises 8%

Open GI systems were used to write 2.2 million policies via EDI, during its financial year ended 31 May 2007, the software house said. This was an 8% increase on the previous year.

A bid by Lloyd’s Names to reopen the fraud claim against Lloyd’s has failed in the Appeal Court. The Names had argued that further evidence has emerged, but the judge dismissed the case.
