Wellington Underwriting has ended interlocking loan arrangements with Premium Trust. In addition, Wellington it has ended a similar loan arrangement with private investment group Coriander.
Both loan arrangements ended on 31 October 2003.
Wellington said additional funding provided by Premium Trust and Coriander had been cancelled and substituted with Letters of Credit from Barclays Bank and Lloyds TSB, as well as cash from its own resources.
