Wellington Re has changed its name to Aspen Insurance UK and appointed Ian Cormack and Richard Keeling as non-executive directors.
Ian Cormack is a partner in strategic consulting firm, Cormack Tansey Partners. Prior to his appointment he was chief executive of AIG's insurance, financial services and asset management business in Europe.
Richard Keeling is chairman of CBS Private Capital Scotland. He was chief executive of Amlin from 1998 to 1999. Prior to his appointment he was an underwriter for Harvey Bowring Syndicate.
