Property & Casualty Services (PCS) loss adjusters were in Cardiff on Friday, at what looks set to be a seven-figure repair job.
The firm was called after high winds tore the scaffolding from an office block being renovated in central Cardiff City.
The loss adjusters have not released an estimate yet but observers have said it will run into millions of pounds.
