Willis Group has formed a new reinsurance subsidiary in Oslo, Norway.
The new operation, Willis Re Norway AS, will form an integral part of Willis Re, the group's dedicated
reinsurance division, and will be headed up by Erik Roenningen.
The company said the Norway subsidiary would work in conjunction with Willis Re's other existing Nordic
teams in Copenhagen and London to advise clients on the structuring and purchase of treaty reinsurance products, as well as placing such business in global markets.
