Windsor has completed the subscription for 1,222 shares in broker Argonaut Indemnity. The acquisition represents a 55% stake in the company.
Argonaut founder, and former WIndsor employee, Neil Pearce, retains the remaining 45% equity. Windsor said it expects to acquire this stake over time.
Windsor chairman David Low said the company would “make Argonaut a successful platform for Windsor's key objectives for consolidating existing business and growing organically”.
