Windsor will pay Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) $2.725m (£1.51m) as part of final settlement in a dispute of business placed between 1994-98.

The company said it had provided for £850,000 in its latest statutory accounts to cover the settlement.

The additional amount payable of about £676,600 will be met from the company's existing resources.

The company's own legal costs have been charged to the profit and loss account as the case has progressed.
