I read with interest Christine Seib's recent article on Bristol & West's talks with Zurich regarding provision of general insurance (30 May, Insurance Times). The suggestion was that poor service from NU's Worthing operation was to blame.
In fact, Bristol & West reviews its supplier relationships as a matter of good business practice. NU's staff in Worthing provide a professional service for our household and creditor customers and we maintain good working relations with them.
