Business process outsourcing company Xchanging has announced it is expanding its insurance business development team with two appointments.
Dave Garratt has been appointed business development manager, Insurance Services. He joins the company from SVB Group.
Richard Stace will become a member of the Insurance Services team. He was formerly a reinsurance broker, before studying for an MBA in strategic management and corporate marketing.
