Xchanging Ins-sure Services has won a five-year deal with Illium Managing Agency to provide a full range of back-office services for its specialist liability Syndicate at Lloyd's.
Illium chief executive Russell Benzies said the speed with which Xchanging was able to provide the systems for Syndicate 4040 was a key factor in the decision.
Xchanging said it was providing Illium with programme management, IT infrastructure, finance and administration, human resources and policy administration services.
Illium was also using an Xchanging underwriting application, said the business process outsourcing company.
