XL Capital, an international insurance and reinsurance company, launched a global leadership and development initiative for its employees.
The first of the three initiative programmes starts at XL's Bermuda headquarters today, the company said.
XL president and chief executive officer, Brian M O'Hara said every member of the executive management board would participate in the initiative.
O'Hara said the need for further management and global leadership training had grown from the company's rapid expansion over the last five years.
