Graham Hawkins has been recruited by XL London Market to lead its Specie team from April 2003.
Neil Robertson, Deputy Underwriter of Syndicate 1209, said: "I am delighted that Graham will be joining us. I worked with him for two years in the early nineties and am excited to be teaming up once again.

Hawkins has worked in the Lloyd's market since 1986. Previously he worked with SVB Syndicates, where he was Specie Unit Head at Syndicate 1007.
