Cincom Systems and Zagreb Insurance (Osiguranje Zagreb) have announced the successful first-stage installation of an integrated data access and analytics programme, part of a complete Cincom Sales and Marketing Intelligent Business Application Solution.
Though only in the first phase of a multi-phase implementation, Zagreb Insurance said it has already cut report production time from two days to 45 minutes – at the desktop.
It also said it has saved 20% of valuable actuarial time for high-value activities.
Zagreb Insurance said it expects to save 1,250 man-hours per year in its IT department and gain a 120% return on investment (ROI) within two years.
