Motor insurance specialist Zenith has written to its network of broker partners to determine their intentions for FSA regulation, it announced.
Company secretary Trevor Marsh, said: “To date 85% of our brokers have responded to the questionnaire. Encouragingly, 95% of those who have responded intend to become directly authorised with the FSA, with 4.7% still undecided and 0.3% electing to be appointed representatives.
Zenith said it had recently submitted its own application to the FSA.
