Fitch Ratings has assigned expected subordinate debt ratings of BBB+ to Zurich Financial Services group's two upcoming debt issues.
Zurich Finance UK and Zurich Finance USA are the issuing companies, and both are guaranteed by Zurich Insurance Company.
The expected outlook on the proposed debt issues is positive. The expected ratings are contingent upon final confirmation.
