Zurich Risk Services and Transco have developed a new safety course - Managing Safely - for Transco's employees.
The course is designed to teach managers how to manage staff safely. It covers areas including health and safety, risk assessments and common hazards.
The course was based on the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health's (IOSH) course and customised for Transco.
It has IOSH accreditation.
A Zurich Risk Services spokesman said: "This is a great opportunity for us to show what we can do for our customers. We're always ready to tailor training packages in response to our customers' needs."
