Zurich has stepped up its broker supportive advertising campaign with a two week regional press campaign.

The campaign aims to raise the awareness of Zurich as a provider of motor and home insurance, and encourage consumers to purchase products through a broker.

The adverts will communicate the name and contact details of Zurich's supporting personal insurance brokers. 350 of Zurich's top brokers will appear in 50 regional newspapers.

Ian Owen, Managing Director of Zurich's Retail Financial said: "We're working in partnership with brokers to leverage the successful Zurich Flying Pigs advertising. Extending the campaign to the regional press and directing consumers to named local brokers will drive business growth.

"Research feedback from both consumers and intermediaries on this new element of the campaign has been extremely encouraging."
