Insurer Zurich will make a $24.5m (£12.8m) payout this week to cover damage to broadcast equipment caused by the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
Paxson Communications, an owner and operator of US television stations, had filed claims with the insurer for property damage, business interruption and extra expense arising from the attacks.
Zurich was "pleased" to have resolved the matter, a spokesman for the insurer said.
Lowell "Bud" Paxson, chairman and chief executive officer of Paxson, said he was "pleased that this long issue of our claims has finally been settled in a positive way for the company."
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
