Zurich has re-launched its commercial car and goods carrying commercial vehicle policies on-line.
In response to brokers' demands for faster quotes, Zurich's new system can issue quotes inside ten minutes and issues the certificate within 48 hours.
David Smith, business operations director for Zurich's UK commercial business said: "With regulation on the horizon, brokers are under increasing pressure to devote time to activities other than placing risks for their clients.
"They need as much support as possible. One of the ways that we can help them is to make placing insurance as easy and quick as possible."
