As trading director, he will develop the regional broker business

Former Zurich boss Mark Coffey has joined RSA as trading director of personal lines broker.

Coffey, who bowed out of his previous position as Zurich’s head of broker personal lines in January, after a total of 29 years’ service with the firm, will take up his new role from 1 April.

Coffey will take on responsibility for developing RSA’s regional broker business and will report to RSA managing director of personal lines Steve Kingshott.

Kingshott commented: “Mark’s appointment completes our senior relationship team.

“He joins Danny Venner and Vicky Symms as the third of our trading directors, underlining our commitment to the broker channel.”
