HSBC Insurance UK appoints QuestGates as solus provider for motor portfolio run-off

Loss adjuster QuestGates has been appointed by HSBC Insurance UK Limited as the solus provider of motor adjusting services on its run-off motor portfolio.

Under the terms of the arrangement, QuestGates will provide investigation services in respect of road traffic accidents, theft, fraud and third party property damage claims.

David Cooper, supply manager at HSBC Insurance UK said: “QuestGates has been a member of our panel for the past five years.

"During that time, we have been impressed with the professionalism and personal approach of their motor team.

"The technology platform that they have built has further enhanced their service offering both in terms of speed of turnaround as well as quality of their reports."
