Allianz Business Services MD Ibi Moghraby fills newly-created role
Allianz UK has appointed Ibi Moghraby to the newly-created role of head of claims strategy and customer experience.
He was previously managing director of Allianz Business Services.
In his new role Moghraby will be part of the claims management board and alongside other members he will provide leadership and direction to steer the strategy forward.
Allianz UK claims director Graham Gibson said: “I am delighted that we have been able to fill such a pivotal position from within our own ranks. Ibi’s expertise and wealth of knowledge from previous roles will strengthen the claims division and ensure we are delivering for our customers”.
Moghraby joined Allianz as a graduate trainee on the retail side of the business. He then moved over to the commercial side and took on management positions in the Birmingham and Maidstone branches before becoming head of SME direct markets in Lancaster.
