AXA Commercial hires Bristol sales head from Bluefin

AXA Commercial Lines has hired Mark Davies as sales manager in its recently opened Bristol branch.

Davies joins AXA Commercial from AXA-owned broking group Bluefin. He will report to branch manager Barrie King.

“We made a commitment last April to get closer to our customers and Mark’s appointment is further demonstration that we’re doing what we said we would do,” AXA Commercial Lines intermediary managing director Matthew Reed said. “He’s already planned to get out on the road and meet brokers throughout the south west and Wales, build relationships and show how our branch in Bristol can help them build their businesses.”

Reed added: “Our message is a simple one. We’re open for business and want to make it as easy as possible for brokers to trade with us.”
