Multi-million pound campaign to pre-empt changes to law

Claims Direct, the controversial personal injury claims brand, plans a multi-million pound relaunch ahead of changes to the legal sector.

The business was bought in 2003 by law firm Russell Jones & Walker after the company went into administration in 2002.

According to RJW, a TV campaign will break on 18 June, followed by press and radio.

A spokeman for the company said the relaunch was aimed at "stealing a march on the market ahead of seismic changes to the legal market aimed at opening up the sector".
