Pan-European insurer and asset management company Eureko has acquired the remaining 10% shareholding in F&C Group from Foreign and Colonial Investment Trust for £37.6m.
It acquired its original 90% stake in the company from Hypo Vereinsbank last December.
F&C is the holding company of F&C Management, Foreign & Colonial's investment manager.
F&C has more than £60bn of assets under management.
