Explain briefly about your entry in the Excellence in Professional Development category

The suite of talent programmes at Ageas UK provides exciting development opportunities and exclusive content for our top talent across all business functions.

Based on Ageas’ values, these programmes equip learners with the skills they need to progress their careers and become well rounded professionals

We entered this category to showcase the success of our multilayered development programme, which has been designed to deliver professional development training regardless of where colleagues work in our business or the seniority of their current role.

What do you think makes your entry stand out or different from your competition?

The bespoke learning experiences provided in our programmes are unique to participants - our pragmatic approach has opened learners’ eyes to other roles.

Our insight has shown that these courses have also helped to retain our top talent, save on recruitment costs and broaden the strategic and future thinking skills of our rising stars, who form the succession pipeline for our senior leadership team.

What would winning this award mean to you and your firm?

Everything learnt is part of a broader goal to equip people with essential skills for Ageas’ future success and winning this award would show our teams that their hard work and dedication has been recognised.
