Identifying and meeting the needs of today's 24-hour society is the theme of a one-day seminar organised by the General Insurance Market Research Association (GIMRA). Titled General Insurance – The Next Dimension, the event explores ways to target today's insurance customers.

Tessa Perry, senior manager of strategy and research at Lloyds TSB and GIMRA chair, said: “Insurers that fail to understand the new forces in their market place are likely to be sidelined, so we are addressing ways to provide the answers to future marketing strategies by asking the right questions.”

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
