Will provide up to £50,000 of legal expenses in rental disputes
First Assist Legal Protection has launched a new legal insurance product aimed at the rental market.
First Assist, in association with Legal 4 Landlords, will provide up to £50,000 of legal expenses insurance for a range of disputes including eviction and ongoing rental payments in the event of tenant default.
Cover is available to all types of residential tenant on a per-property basis, and can be transferred to new tenants.
Graham Hollebon, managing director at First Assist Legal Protection believes that the deal with Legal 4 Landlords is an excellent one for both parties.
