UK “remains main contributor” to non-life

Fortis UK non-life GWP grew by 11% from £177.7m in the fourth quarter of 2008 to £197.4m in the first quarter of 2009. It's non life GWP shot up 7% to £197.4m in the first quarter of 2009 compared to the £185m it reported in the first quarter of 2008.

Fortis said: “The strong commercial performance was due to the ability to continuously adjust the product offering to changing customer needs and the consistent focus on the multi-channel approach.”

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
