Garwyn in health and safety launch

Specialist liability adjuster Garwyn has launched Garwyn H&S – a fully integrated Health and Safety consultancy complementing the wide range of skills already offered by the business.

The launch follows the acquisition of ORS in February 2009 which was designed to expand the range of risk management services provided by Garwyn.

Ian Chapman, finance director of Garwyn said: “We have essentially rebranded ORS to bring the service propositions more clearly under the Garwyn umbrella. Since the acquisition, ORS has really gone from strength to strength and naturally we want this valuable service to be clearly part of the Garwyn stable.

“Businesses have become much more focused on risk management in the past year as a consequence of the downturn in the economy and Garwyn H&S is perfectly positioned to support clients in managing their business risks.”

Garwyn H&S will work with insurers and businesses to offer a wide variety of support services including audit, training and behavioural safety interventions.
