New York broker adds to its specialisms
New York broker Integro has boosted its UK presence with the purchase of Manchester firm Richard Thacker & Company for an undisclosed sum.
Richard Thacker specialises in education and professional indemnity insurance, and its purchase follows October’s buy of sports and Doodson Broking in October 2013. In August 2012 Integro bought specialist media broker Allan Chapman & James.
Ricahrd Thacker managing directors Tim McNulty and Howard Mayhew will remain at the company.

In June Integro named John Sutton UK chief executive and Toby Humphreys chairman.
