Navtrak has launched two new driver information services. Trafficwatch provides a real-time, route-specific traffic incident alert service. Updates are delivered as a call to a customer's mobile phone.
Navtrak Proactive is a security service using a driver recognition system. The owner of the car identifies him or herself by touching a high security key card to a discreet contact sensor installed in the car. If the engine is started by a non-authorised driver, the car will send an automatic silent alert to Navtrak.
