Insurer continues growth strategy.

Broker-only insurer, MMA Insurance, has announced a number of key appointments within its business development team, as part of its ongoing strategy to develop commercial lines.

Claire Ephgrave has been appointed as UK business development manager. Ephgrave will have responsibility for the company’s team of UK development managers, which will be instrumental in delivering MMA’s business strategy going forward. She joins MMA from Zurich Financial Services Group and she has also held underwriting and sales management roles at AXA and Aviva.

Steve Joy has been appointed as UK schemes & affinities manager with responsibility for developing bespoke business opportunities through regional brokers and networks.

Both will report directly to Dan Andrews, who was recently appointed as head of business development.
